The average rental for a two-bedroom apartment in their building for 12 months is £1850 pm, minus expenses. We listed their apartment on AIRBNB, ZOOPLA and Booking.com with a minimum of 7-day rentals to reduce the wear and tear on their property and with an option of a maximum of 3 months. We vetted the short-term rentals with AIRBNB's review criteria and ID Checks and checked references for stays longer than one month, with an upfront deposit requirement for all the stays. Rentals were paid upfront, including the more extended stays.
